We are partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager to support a key business unit of circa 1,000 employees. The role is based in Dublin, with a hybrid working model in place.
Reporting into the Group HR function and working closely with a HR Business Partner, this position will partner with senior leadership to drive the people strategy, support transformation initiatives, and deliver a high-impact HR service within a matrix environment.
The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on position, offering the opportunity to:

Lead and deliver the people strategy and agenda aligned to business goals

Partner with senior stakeholders across a complex, matrix structure

Drive organisational design and workforce planning initiatives

Support and lead on change and transformation programmes

Manage and advise on complex employee relations casework

Lead talent and succession planning, building strong leadership pipelines

Collaborate with wider HR functions (e.g. Reward, Talent, L&D, Recruitment) to deliver integrated solutions

Help shape a high-performance, inclusive and collaborative culture
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who:

Have operated at HR Manager / HRBP level within a large, complex organisation

Are experienced in working within a matrix environment, influencing at senior level

Bring strong organisational development and change management experience

Have a track record of delivering people strategy and transformation initiatives

Are confident managing complex ER casework

Combine commercial thinking with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
