HR Manager
Based in Dublin | hybrid/home working available up to 50% of your week
Permanent role | Full time hours
Salary up to €100,000 per annum + excellent bonus + benefits (depending on experience)
Search Consultancy are delighted to be working with a large firm based in Dublin to recruit this role on a permanent basis
This role would ideally suit a seasoned HR Management experience who has prior experience of strategy development, HR change, organisational development and working for a large-scale organisation.
Duties involved in this role will include:
- Leading on short, medium and long-term people plans across the business, working alongside the wider HR team
- Driving organisational design and workforce planning across the Ireland region
- Management of talent development and succession planning across the directorate ensuring that talent pipelines are in place for key roles across the business
- Dealing with escalated, sensitive and high-level HR and ER issues as required
- Providing leaders across the business with advice, guidance and support
- Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team to drive forward a culture of high performance with a focus on including & collaboration.
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
- Extensive prior experience of high-level strategic HR Management within a large organisation - this experience is ESSENTIAL
- Experience in the development & implementation of HR strategy, organisational development & HR change
- The experience & gravitas to be able to influence & deal at a high-level as part of the SMT
- First class communication, relationship management and influencing skills
