HR Business Partner
Location: RamsgateSector: LegalRate: £450–£550 per day (Inside IR35 / PAYE)Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)
We’re recruiting an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support a well-established organisation within the Charity sector during a busy interim period. Based in Ramsgate, this role offers hybrid working and would suit a hands-on HR professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The Role
This role will focus on the effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a high standard of service across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing core HR operational processes in line with employment law and internal policies
- Supporting employee onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle activities
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring data integrity across HR systems
- Working closely with senior Stakeholders in the business
- Handling employee queries relating to HR policies and procedures
- Producing HR reports and management information
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful, you will need:
- Strong HR operations experience within the UK legal sector or a similarly regulated professional services environment
- Recent, hands-on interim or contract HR experience
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, policies and employment law
- Confidence using HR systems and managing employee data accurately
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work on-site in Ramsgate approximately 3 days per week
- Full right to work in the UK for the duration of the assignment
