Human Resources Business PartnerThe Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic HR partner to customer service groups, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. The position supports HR operations, fosters a positive work environment, and aligns HR initiatives with business goals to enhance engagement and retention. The Human Resources Business Partner is an onsite position.
Essential Functions
- Provide day-to-day HR support to customer service groups, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary guidance.
- Conduct regular meetings and collaborate with customer service groups to enhance employee relations, boost morale, and support retention efforts.
- Manage employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations and resolving complex concerns in a fair and objective manner.
- Coordinate HR processes such as FMLA administration, benefits consultation, and license/certification renewals.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, new hire orientation, and educational sessions; identify training needs and support HR in developing instructional materials.
- Analyze HR data and trends to recommend solutions and develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Director, Human Resources; serve as administrator for the learning management system and provide backup support to other HR team members.
- Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.
- Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request. May be expected to work longer hours as necessary.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Two (2) years human resources experience
Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR required or must obtain within 24 months of hire.
