Your new role
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers across a workforce of approximately 300 employees who are field-based
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, absence and performance matters and use senior HR colleagues to support with complex matters.
- Coach and upskill line managers to build both confidence and capability
- Support HR project work
- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and best practice
- Work closely with Business Partners and the wider People team to deliver a joined-up, high-quality HR service across the organisation of approximately 900 employees.

What you'll need to succeed
- Solid experience in an HR Advisory role, ideally with experience of supporting remote/field-based workers
- Credibility, approachability and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in how the business operates
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
