Learning & Development Coordinator - 6 Month FTC- Based in Central London
- 6-Month FTC to start late May / early June
- £45,000 FTE salary
A leading global consulting firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join its collaborative L&D team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous L&D or training coordination experience to play a key role in delivering engaging learning programmes across the business. You’ll support the end-to-end coordination of training initiatives, liaise with internal stakeholders and external facilitators, manage learning communications and materials, and help ensure a seamless learner experience.
What You'll Do:- Coordinating training sessions, bookings, tracking and feedback
- Managing communications and dissemination of learning materials
- Supporting training evaluation and reporting
- Researching training providers and maintaining data accuracy
- Monitoring the L&D inbox and responding to training requests efficiently
Who You Are: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience within a Learning & Development or training environment, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail. You will be proactive, a great communicator and immediately available to hit the ground running in this FTC!
