Recruitment & HR Coordinator (Recruitment & Onboarding)

Hybrid working and based Cramlington£35,000–£40,000 DOE
We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join the People team of a leading technology business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves hands-on recruitment and wants to play a key role in delivering a smooth, engaging onboarding and HR experience.
In this varied role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across the organisation, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting wider HR coordination. You’ll help shape an inclusive, efficient, and values-led approach to attracting and welcoming great talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering guidance and market insight
- Create engaging job adverts and tailored attraction strategies
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, CV databases, and talent pools
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the full selection process
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR data across ATS and HR systems
- Support employer brand activity and recruitment campaigns
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and continuous improvement
- Provide wider HR coordination support across the employee lifecycle
About You
- Experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment, ideally with HR coordination exposure
- Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities at pace
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Skilled in proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines
- Passionate about delivering an inclusive, high-quality candidate and colleague experience
- Comfortable using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search
- Collaborative, organised, and solutions-focused
