The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality HR operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, taking ownership of HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and continuous improvement initiatives — ideal for someone looking to build a strong, long-term career in HR operations. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Act as administrator and key user of the organisation’s HRIS (Workday preferred)* Deliver accurate and timely HR processes across onboarding, benefits, and offboarding* Support enhancements to HR systems, workflows, and reporting* Maintain strong HR data governance and documentation* Serve as the first point of contact for HR operational queries from employees and managers* Ensure HR processes align with UK employment legislation and data protection requirementsWhat You'll BringMy client is seeking a highly organised, detail-focused individual with the confidence to operate in a demanding and professional environment.
