An exciting JV has a newly created role for an Interim Senior HR Advisor due to increased volume of work.Reporting into and supporting the HR Business Partners on a daily basis, you will be responsible for providing a generalist remit including managing HR administration, managing complex ER casework, advising on policies and procedures, leading annual processes such as performance and reward, support the HR Ops team as required and manage other HR projects that arise.CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their generalist HR experience in a global, commercial and fast paced firm, experience of working in a JV or agile environment where not all the basics are in place would be an advantage.You will be able to demonstrate how you have managed complex ER casework, led project work and support the annual cyclical processes.You will be a good problem solver with excellent communication skills.You will be able to start a new role on short notice and be able to work in a hybrid manner for 3 days per week from the London office.This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make the role their own and work with a super supportive team in lovely offices.If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
