HR Manager.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can bring structure, consistency and commercial thinking to a business entering its next phase of growth.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, strengthening leadership capability and ensuring the people strategy supports wider business objectives.This opportunity will suit an HR professional who enjoys influencing stakeholders, balancing operational delivery with strategic input, and making a visible impact within a fast-paced environment.
The role- Take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, providing a proactive and solutions-focused service across the organisation
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders and managers, offering guidance across the full employee lifecycle
- Advise on employee relations matters including performance, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Lead recruitment activity end-to-end during a period of ongoing growth
- Build and embed succession planning frameworks to support future organisational needs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, performance and overall employee experience
- Support effective onboarding and development programmes
- Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and best practice
- Use people data and insights to inform workforce planning and decision-making
- Coach and support managers to build confident, capable and accountable teams
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives as the business evolves

Experience required- Proven experience in an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Familiarity with Mapal and Harri HRIS
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle within a growing or evolving organisation
- Track record of improving engagement, retention or HR processes
- Experience supporting organisational change and business growth
- Knowledge of EU HR Law an advantage
