The organisation offers a collaborative HR environment and flexibility in how you work, including remote options where needed.Your new roleAs a HR & Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service, combining generalist HR responsibilities with payroll and HR systems work. This is a varied position offering exposure across the employee life cycle as well as involvement in systems and process improvements.
This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role (e.g. HR Officer / HR Advisor level)
- Strong experience supporting or managing payroll processes
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) - iTrent experience desirable but not essential
- Good understanding of employee relations and HR processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
- Confident communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
