HR Administrator (FTC 3–4 Months)
Crawley Part-time – Up to 25 hours per week £13+ per hour
The Role
My client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 3–4 month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy HR function during a period of transition, offering flexibility around both working hours and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system
- Processing employee changes (e.g. contracts, personal details, job updates)
- Supporting with general HR administration and data management
- Ensuring HR records are up to date, compliant, and well-organised
- Assisting with reporting and system maintenance tasks as required
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role
- Strong experience working with HR systems (essential)
- Confident handling data entry, updates, and system maintenance
- Experience with UKG would be advantageous, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
