We are now looking for an experienced Growth & Innovation Consultant who can lead the end-to-end delivery of projects.
Role: Growth & Innovation Consultant
You will lead complex growth projects from initial scope and design through to delivery and scaling.
You will work closely with the Head of Growth and the wider growth team, coaches, programme management, designers and leadership team.
This role is for someone who can combine consulting with exceptional session design and facilitation skills. Someone who wants to learn and apply the businesses growth approach and existing playbook - creating lasting impact for teams, the client relationship and their own ongoing development.
Key responsibilities:
Growth project design and delivery:
- Conducting initial meetings with key client stakeholders to define project brief and develop a cohesive narrative.
- Designing learning objectives that can be tracked and measured throughout the programme.
- Conducting cohort analysis and understanding business needs to design optimal programme journeys that combine working sessions, virtual sessions, individual learning assignments and ongoing coaching support.
- Designing tailored workshops and sessions using core content and approaches that create unique experiences for leaders.
- Exceptional facilitation of in-person events and virtual sessions creating deep confidence and trust amongst senior leader cohorts.
- Developing tailored coaching approaches for projects based on the content journey.
- Build the necessary mindset for growth - the ways of thinking that enable ownership, pace, and better decision-making in uncertainty.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU'LL HAVE:
- Significant experience delivering growth, innovation or strategy work that create lasting impact, ideally gathered through a consulting or inhouse environment.
- Credibility working with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders
- Strong and personable facilitation skills combined with the ability to synthesise complexity into clear insight and actionable application for leaders.
