Description
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary issues.
- Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Assist in recruitment processes, from job advertisement through to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.
- Provide general HR administrative support as required.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A recognised qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
