HR Director

We are exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed compliance and services group to appoint an experienced HR Director during a key phase of strategic growth and acquisition activity.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded HR professional who can scale people operations, strengthen leadership capability, and support ambitious growth plans.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering the HR strategy aligned to business growth
- Supporting organisational scaling and workforce planning
- Improving employee engagement, retention, and performance
- Building leadership development and succession planning frameworks
- Implementing KPI-led performance management
- Supporting M&A activity, including integration and cultural alignment
- Driving a high-performance culture across the organisation
About You
We are looking for:
Senior HR leadership experience within a scaling organisation
Strong commercial and operational mindset
Experience leading organisational change and performance improvement
Background in leadership development and employee engagement
Experience within acquisitive or PE-backed environments advantageous
CIPD Level 7 preferred
