We’re partnering with an established international recruitment business to hire a Compliance Manager to lead governance, manage audits, support tenders, and oversee contracts across highly regulated global markets. A key role with strong visibility and impact.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal, business-critical role sitting at the heart of operations. You will take ownership of compliance across the business, while also supporting key functions including tenders, contracts, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 accreditations

Oversee MLC compliance, REC standards, and audits

Act as main contact for compliance reviews and regulatory matters

Manage full lifecycle of client and supplier contracts

Draft, review, and support contract negotiations

Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks

Support tender submissions end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders

Compile and manage compliance documentation for bids

Manage insurance renewals, broker relationships, and claims
What They’re Looking For
-
Minimum 4 years’ compliance experience

Strong understanding of audits and compliance frameworks
-
Commercial awareness and risk assessment capability

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator across multiple teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office
