📍 Corby 💰 £45,000 – £50,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission 🚗 Company Car or Car Allowance

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead a high-performing Industrial & Logistics recruitment branch in Corby.

The Role:

You will take full responsibility for an established and successful branch, leading from the front while coaching and developing a team of 5 Recruitment Consultants.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be heavily involved in:

Driving business development activity
Growing and developing existing client relationships
Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team
Delivering branch growth and performance targets
Identifying new opportunities within the Industrial & Logistics sector
Maintaining high service standards for both clients and candidates

We are looking for a manager who is commercially driven, enjoys winning business, and can inspire a team through strong leadership and example.

About You:

Proven recruitment experience within Industrial and/or Logistics recruitment
Previous management experience is desirable but not essential
We will consider high-performing Senior or Principal Consultants ready to step into management
Strong business development and client relationship skills
A proactive and target-driven approach
Passion for coaching and developing people
Must be prepared to lead from the front and actively sell
