The Opportunity
As an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting major project growth across the UK. This is far more than a typical in-house role—you’ll remain commercially driven, working on high-value hires while building strong relationships across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across construction and engineering roles
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top industry talent
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and project demands
- Writing engaging adverts and managing candidate pipelines
- Conducting interviews and delivering shortlists
- Negotiating offers and supporting onboarding processes
- Keeping up with market trends, salaries, and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in recruitment (agency or internal)
- Construction or engineering sector experience is essential
- A strong billing mindset—you enjoy working in a target-driven environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, organised approach with a real passion for recruitment
