We are currently recruiting for a Global Head of Benefits on behalf of an international professional services firm.
As Global Head of Benefits, you will be our client's thought leader for all aspects of benefits, combining future-focused strategic thinking with deep technical expertise and strong market awareness to ensure that the firm remains competitive and an employer of choice.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, defining and enhancing the global benefits proposition while overseeing the operational delivery of programmes worldwide, and leading and managing the global team and contributing more broadly to the firm's EVP.
In turn, your leadership will influence employee experience, global policy, risk management, and financial governance, so experience working in a highly-matrixed global environment, with multiple stakeholders, will be important.
