Remote with some travel Flexible working hoursLooking to step into a consultancy environment where no two days are the same? A growing, values-led HR & OD consultancy is looking to appoint an HR Consultant to support a diverse client base across SME environments.

What you'll be doing:You'll be delivering HR and organisational development solutions across multiple clients, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting everything from day-to-day HR guidance through to wider change and development initiatives.
- Being front facing with our clients on both virtual and in person platforms.
- Delivering HR & OD products in agreed workplans, measuring outcomes and success.
- Advising on i.e. everyday HR matters, wellbeing, development, culture and organisational change.
- Responding to inbound queries with clarity and professionalism.
- Producing high-quality written outputs (reports, diagnostics, correspondence, frameworks, strategies).
- Triaging and managing client communication channels to ensure timely responses.
- Translating insights and data into meaningful recommendations.
- Guiding clients clearly on what they have and can commission.
- Keeping workplans and client updates clear, organised and easy for the team to follow.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless and consistent Consultancy experience
What we're looking for:
- Strong generalist HR experience across employee relations, performance, culture, and change
- Understanding of how people practices link to organisational outcomes and improvement
- Good working knowledge of employment law and people systems
- Produces high-quality written outputs (reports, policies, diagnostics, frameworks)
- Able to translate data and insight into practical recommendations
- Works in a structured, organised, audit-safe way within defined systems and workplans
- Deliver consistent, high-quality outputs across client workplans
- Provide credible, practical HR & OD advice that improves organisations
- Build trusted client relationships and a strong consultancy reputation
- Manage their own time and delivery within contractual and governance frameworks
