My client is seeking for an experienced
HR Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive HR team on a
temporary assignment with a possibility to go to permanent.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced HR role and wants to be part of a collaborative and well-structured team.
Cambridgeshire (On-site flexibility may be considered longer-term)Immediate Start £17.95 per hour
The Role Reporting into the Head of HR, you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating recruitment processes and system set-ups
- Managing the shared HR in box (first point of contact)
- Supporting on boarding & compliance (references, DBS checks)
- Assisting with employee benefits administration
- Liaising with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Providing general HR coordination and HR admin support
What They’re Looking For- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator (or similar) role
- A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, supportive mindset
