Are you an immediately available Talent Acquisition Partner ready for your next contract role?
We're working with a growing SME in the music industry, who are looking for their first Talent Partner to join the team on a 6m FTC. This is a true build-from-scratch opportunity - if you thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments, you'll love it here.
You'll own the full recruitment function, including volume hiring across multiple roles, direct headhunting and proactive pipeline building and identifying smarter, more effective ways to recruit. You'll also be designing and implementing hiring processes from the ground up and owning all coordination from scheduling interviews to candidate comms. And as the role progresses.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have built recruitment functions from scratch before - ideally with experience in an SME or start-up
- Are comfortable owning the end-to-end process without a big team behind you
- Balance strategic thinking with a willingness to get stuck into the detail
- Have a genuine interest in or passion for the music or creative industries (a bonus, not a must)
This is a 6-month contract, based in London with 3 days a week in the office.
