The role:
The People Advisor plays a key role in delivering a proactive and high-quality people service across two agencies within Havas Group. Sitting between coordination and business partnering, this role provides day-to-day HR advice, manages employee relations cases, and supports managers in building engaged and high-performing teams.
You will line manage the People Coordinator, ensuring smooth delivery of HR administration and acting as a point of escalation. This role is designed as a progression opportunity toward a more senior advisory level, with increasing ownership of people matters and exposure across the employee lifecycle.
Some duties & responsibilities:
- Use sound judgement to balance employee experience, legal risk and business needs;
- Act as a key point of contact for people-related queries, escalating where appropriate;
- Support delivery of people initiatives aligned to business needs
- Oversee lifecycle processes delivered by the People Coordinator
- Support managers with the recruitment process, including job postings via the ATS, CV screening and initial candidate conversations
