South Coast Radiology (SCR) and Imaging Queensland (IQ) areseekingan experienced and passionateClerical Training Managerto lead clerical onboarding, training, and workforce development across Queensland.
This newly expanded role offers the opportunity to shape training programs, develop high-performing teams, and drive consistency across one of Queensland's largest private medical imaging networks.
Reporting to the Queensland Administration Services Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of clerical training programs across SCR and IQ.
You will support and mentor Clerical Development Trainers, develop onboarding and competency programs, and partner with leaders across the business to build workforce capability and improve employee experience.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with regular travel across Queensland.
Applicants must be based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Sunshine Coast.
