HR Business Partner (NHS) Vacancy Available
Rate: approx. £35 per hour Umbrella
Location: Hybrid / West Yorkshire
Contract Length: 3-6 months
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing HR support to management at a Senior level on a range of employee relations matters e.g. sickness, disciplinary, grievances and attendance
- Line managing a team of 2 Advisors
- Providing advice on the development of strategic and operational workforce plans
- Working closely with the Head of Operational HR
