As the business continues to evolve, they'relooking to appoint a People Partner to become a key member of the Stokeleadership team and support the next phase of growth.Reporting into an experienced and highly respected People Director, you'll beresponsible for partnering with a site of around 120 employees whilst alsosupporting wider people initiatives across the business.Why this role stands outWhilst strong Employee Relations capability is essential, this role offers muchmore than day-to-day HR support.You'll partner closely with operational leaders across warehousing, transportand support functions, providing commercially focused HR support in a fast-pacedenvironment.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to: * Drive Learning & Development initiatives across the business * Develop onboarding frameworks and career pathways * Support succession planning and capability building * Utilise people data and insights to influence decision making * Lead and contribute to HR and business improvement projects * Coach and develop managers across operational teams * Support organisational change and business transformation initiatives * Become a trusted advisor and sounding board to senior stakeholdersThis is a role for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, solvingproblems and taking ownership rather than simply responding to issues as theyarise.About youWe're looking for a well-rounded HR professional who combines strong operationalHR capability with the desire to make a broader organisational impact.You'll ideally bring: * Experience in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or HR Manager role * Strong Employee Relations expertise and confidence operating independently * Experience coaching and influencing managers * Learning & Development, talent or organisational development experience * Confidence using HR systems, reporting tools and people data * A proactive, solutions-focused approach * The credibility and gravitas to build relationships across all levels of the business * CIPD Level 5 or aboveThe cultureThe business has grown rapidly and is moving from a more entrepreneurial,founder-led environment towards a more mature and professionalised organisation.As a result, this role would suit someone who enjoys change, can balanceoperational delivery with longer-term thinking and wants to play a visible rolein shaping how a growing business evolves.Most importantly, we're looking for someone with energy, curiosity and a genuinedesire to make a difference.Package * Circa £50,000 salary * Benefits package * Primarily site-based in Stoke-on-Trent * Opportunity to work closely with a highly respected People Director * Genuine scope to influence strategy, projects and organisational developmentFor HR professionals who enjoy ownership, variety and the opportunity to helpshape a growing business, this represents an excellent next step.Apply today to find out more about this People Partner opportunity!
