Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Hybrid

Rate: Up to £18 per hour dependent on experience
Our client is seeking an experienced, immediately available Talent Acquisition Coordinator on an interim basis. This is an ideal role for a highly organised recruitment professional with strong coordination skills and hands-on experience with Workday.
You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening: Review applications and conduct initial screening to assess suitability
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination
- Recruitment Administration: Provide general administrative support across the hiring process
- Workday Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within Workday
- Tracking & Reporting: Create and maintain candidate tracking spreadsheets and recruitment reports
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to ensure a seamless process
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruitment Coordinator role
- Essential: Hands-on experience using Workday ATS
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with strong administrative capability
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience of managing an end to end recruitment process
Desirable
- Exposure to international hiring or multi-location teams
