HR Manager - FTC

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Brighton on a fixed-term contract. This hands-on, generalist role involves supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle and driving key HR projects and initiatives.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
- Support and lead on HR projects such as restructures, policy updates, and change management.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant and up to date.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best practice.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confident in managing complex employee relations cases.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
