PS Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Resourcing Manager to join a fast-paced logistics operation. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the business attracts, recruits and retains high-quality drivers and operational staff while maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners.
Salary: £35k - £40k
up to £10k bonus pa
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for HGV Drivers and operational roles.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers to support business growth and operational requirements.

Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring service levels and cost controls are maintained.

Coordinate driver onboarding, compliance checks and induction processes.

Work closely with operational teams to understand resource requirements and workforce planning needs.

Monitor recruitment metrics, agency spend and vacancy performance.

Support retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Ensure all recruitment activity complies with relevant employment legislation and industry standards.
About You

Previous recruitment experience within transport, logistics, distribution or driving sectors.

Proven experience recruiting HGV Drivers and managing agency suppliers.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Knowledge of driver compliance requirements would be advantageous.

Experience in workforce planning, resourcing or recruitment management preferred.
