Description
An Interim HR Policy Project Lead to:
- Key focus is on project management and HR policy development
- Develop a project plan and liaise with stakeholders and the SLT to gather data and information to review and update policies
- Develop a policy framework
- Partner with the organisation to gather information
- Develop and update existing and new HR policies in line with the employment rights legislation changes
- Support with trade union consultations and negotiations
Profile
An Interim HR Policy Project Lead must have:
- Experience in developing project plans or managing projects
- Experience in reviewing and developing HR Policies
- Experience working in a trade union environment
- Experience working in NFP or public sector environments
- Able to start at short notice
