HR Manager

CTR Select is recruiting an experienced HR Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation.
This is a varied generalist HR role supporting senior leaders and operational teams across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management and employee engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered effectively while supporting a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and induction for management and head office positions.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Monitor appraisals, supervision and performance review processes.
- Conduct pre-employment checks, including Right to Work verification.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing and people initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Manager role.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Professional, proactive and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
