Home Based with extensive travel Supporting Operations Across Bolton, Birmingham & Sunderland (Bolton being the office base)£40,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Regional HR Advisor to join our growing HR team supporting operational teams across the North and Midlands.
This is a home-based role with extensive regional travel required approximately 3-4 days per week, including occasional overnight stays. You will work closely with operational managers, providing proactive HR support across employee relations, performance management, organisational change, recruitment and people development activities.
The successful candidate will be confident operating in a commercial, fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting managers with complex people matters while helping drive continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to operational managers.
- Support and guide managers through employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management.
- Deliver HR training and coaching to managers.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives.
- Analyse people data and identify trends to support business decisions.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or equivalent generalist HR role gained in a commercial and fast-paced environment.
- Strong employee relations experience essential.
- Comfortable and flexible supporting multiple sites and travelling extensively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise effectively.
- CIPD qualification or working towards desirable.
