HR Recruitment & Contracts Officer (Temporary)

- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Salary: £19.25 per hour
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment & Contracts Officer. This role is crucial in maintaining HR operations and supporting major transformation programmes.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding.
- Draft, issue, and maintain contracts of employment and contractual changes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and workforce data.
- Produce and analyse HR reports and metrics.
- Support data cleansing, reporting, and system readiness activities.
- Utilise tools such as SharePoint and Excel to manage documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven HR experience, including recruitment and contracts management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with workforce data and reporting.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support organisational change.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
