Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Milton Keynes
Travel: Up to 25% across Non-US regions + 2 US trips per year
Scope: Europe & Asia
Reports to: HR Director based in the US
A well-established international business operating within the manufacturing and aerospace sector is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to take ownership of all people operations across Europe and Asia. This is a broad, senior role combining strategic partnership with hands-on HR delivery across multiple countries, including the Netherlands, UK, Poland, Spain, India and Singapore.
What you will be doing:- Acting as a trusted HR partner to regional leadership across 6 countries
- Leading employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Ensuring compliance with local employment law across EU, India and Singapore
- Overseeing payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation reviews
- Managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Driving HR reporting, HRIS data integrity, and GDPR compliance
- Supporting talent development, succession planning and engagement initiatives
What we are looking for:- Extensive years of progressive HR experience in a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of EU, Singapore, and/or Indian employment law
- Experience working within a US-headquartered or American public company
- Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally in a lean team
- HRIS proficiency — Workday and/or ADP preferred
- Multilingual a strong advantage but not essential (Spanish, Dutch)
- Degree-level education in HR / CIPD level 5 or a business-related field
- Experience gained within a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or similarly regulated industry environment is essential
