You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda within a fast-paced, matrix environment, supporting business leaders to achieve their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive organisational effectiveness and performance
- Support and lead on a broad range of HR generalist activities including employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning
- Contribute to and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
- Champion a high-performance and inclusive culture
- Navigate and influence within a complex, matrix structure
About You- Proven experience in a HR generalist or People Partner role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent partnering skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working at pace
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance people and business priorities
- Strong communication and influencing skills
