HR Data / Project Administrator3 Month Contract | Near Aldermaston | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)£16.00 - £18.00 per hour PAYE + Holiday Pay
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Data Administrator to join their HR team on an initial 3-month contract. This role is available immediately and offers the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
Supporting a business-wide compliance and certification project, you'll play a key role in ensuring HR data is accurate, complete and audit ready. This is a highly administrative role where attention to detail and data quality are essential.
Key Responsibilities * Managing employee training and certification records * Reviewing HR data to identify gaps and inconsistencies * Uploading and maintaining information across HR systems * Producing reports and analysing data using Excel * Using Microsoft Forms to collate and manage information * Supporting GDPR compliance and HR data integrity * Maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails * Assisting with process reviews and improving record management * Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain outstanding information
About You * Previous HR Administration or HR Data Administration experience * Strong Excel skills with confidence working with large datasets * Experience using Microsoft Forms or similar tools * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Good understanding of GDPR and confidential data handling * Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven administration * Experience within a regulated, engineering or technical environment would be advantageous * Experience supporting compliance, training or certification activities is highly desirable
