Description
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
- Partner with managers to build high-performing teams and improve employee outcomes.
- Support organisational change and evolving business needs.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, internal moves and offboarding.
- Maintain HR systems, employee records and reporting.
- Support payroll, benefits and compliance processes.
- Ensure HR practices remain legally compliant and aligned to company policies.
Profile
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
