Regional People Business Partner

Join a fast-growing firm as a Regional People Business Partner. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a trusted adviser to regional leadership teams, providing both strategic and operational People support. This role encompasses the full range of People services, aligning people priorities with business goals, building a high-performance culture, and supporting colleague engagement and development across the region.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work closely with partners, directors, and managers to understand firm plans and provide HR solutions that support the businesses goals.
- Act as a consultant on people strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
- Devise and implement HR initiatives aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and best practices.
- Foster a positive employee relations culture, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all staff.
- Drive onboarding and induction processes to ensure effective integration of new employees.
- Support the implementation of training programs and career development plans.
- Partner with managers to identify training needs and deliver tailored learning solutions.
- Lead the performance review process, ensuring it supports the firm's objectives.
- Coach managers on setting goals, providing feedback, and driving high performance.
- Support regional leaders in managing change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions.
- Champion HR transformation projects and drive adoption of innovative frameworks.
- Use data and analytics to monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR role.
- Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
