Workforce LeadBand 7 | Remote
We are supporting an NHS organisation an experienced Workforce Lead to lead the development, optimisation and strategic use of workforce department.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a small team and provide expert workforce support
- Produce HR workforce analytics, reports and dashboards to support decision-making from ESR
- Act as the primary liaison with the national ESR team, escalating and managing support tickets, monitoring progress, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently for end users
- Manage any ESR FOI requests
- Streamline and improve workforce processes
About you:
- Expert user of ESR
- Strong background in workforce analytics, reporting and HR
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
- Degree educated or equivalent experience, ideally with a HR analytics or CIPD background.
