Associate HR Business Partner
HR & OD – Shaping Our Vision and Workforce
We have two opportunities to join Wiltshire Council as an Associate HR Business Partner (one permanent, one fixed term until 31st March 2027) to help shape the future of our workforce. Working alongside Strategic HR Business Partners and senior leaders, you'll support the delivery of people strategies that drive organisational success, employee engagement and service improvement.
You'll contribute to workforce planning, organisational design, large-scale transformation programmes, talent management and employee development. From supporting structure reviews and cultural change initiatives, to analysing workforce data and helping shape workforce action and change plans, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative transformative evidence-based solutions.
We're looking for an HR professional, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, with experience in areas such as workforce planning, organisational development, training and delivery, talent management, employee engagement and change management. You'll be confident building relationships, influencing stakeholders and supporting change across a complex organisation.
If you're passionate about people and want to develop your strategic HR skills while making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
If you do not fully meet the person specification, please do get in touch for a conversation about whether an alternative supporting role might be possible.
