Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership to tailor reward solutions that align with business strategies.
- Lead the annual salary and bonus processes, ensuring decisions are fair and aligned with business needs.
- Conduct pay equity analyses and use data insights to influence regional decisions.
- Drive the standardisation of reward processes to enhance efficiency across the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in job evaluation and benchmarking.
- Experience in multinational organisations, understanding diverse market dynamics.
- Knowledge of reward-related legislation and compliance requirements.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Relevant HR qualifications preferred but not essential.
