You will have experience across the following:
- Using LinkedIn to source candidates for engineering roles ideally
- Shortlisting and screening candidates
- Organising interviews
- Making offers and sending out contracts in a timely manner
- Ensuring a good candidate experience
- Arranging onboarding with hiring managers
