Role: HR Advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers across a range of employee relations matters, including absence management, performance, conduct, grievance and disciplinary issues.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for HR support.
- Manage recruitment activities across a variety of roles, including supporting hiring managers, coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Support the delivery of HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
- Assist with organisational change projects, restructures and transformation programmes.
- Provide support and guidance on TUPE-related activity where required.
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting and people analytics.
- Review and support the development of HR policies, procedures and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with leadership teams to drive positive people outcomes and support business objectives.
The Right Candidate
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role with strong exposure to employee relations.
- Proven ability to deliver sound, pragmatic HR advice while balancing employee needs with commercial priorities.
- Experience managing recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience supporting business transformation, organisational change or TUPE projects would be highly advantageous.
- A confident problem solver who enjoys finding practical solutions and taking ownership of challenges.
- Commercially aware, mature in their approach, and capable of making balanced decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above).
