HR & Quality Coordinator

We're partnering with an innovative organisation to recruit an HR & Quality Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational HR responsibilities with quality and compliance support in a collaborative, highly skilled environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is happy rolling up their sleeves to support both people initiatives and business processes.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership and the Quality team, you'll play a key role in ensuring people processes, compliance activities and operational workflows run smoothly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinating onboarding and induction activities
- Supporting recruitment and hiring processes
- Administering appraisal and performance review cycles
- Maintaining and updating HR policies and documentation
- Keeping the HR calendar and annual people processes on track
- Supporting Quality and Compliance activities, including ISO-related administration
- Maintaining records, documentation and internal workflows
- Assisting with Health & Safety administration and compliance requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, practical and confident working independently.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or HR Officer role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Experience supporting compliance, quality, document control or Health & Safety activities would be advantageous
- A willingness to get involved wherever needed and support the wider business
