Our client is looking for an experienced QSEC Manager to lead Quality, Safety, Environmental and Compliance activities across the business. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining ISO standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Lead internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and corrective actions.
- Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments.
- Act as the company's competent Health & Safety advisor.
- Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), document control, and governance processes.
- Drive environmental, CSR, Social Value, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage technical training, competency frameworks, and compliance programmes.
- Produce QSEC performance reports for senior leadership.
- Lead and develop the Compliance Manager.
About You
- Proven experience in a QSEC, SHEQ, HSEQ or QHSE management role.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ideally ISO 14001.
- Excellent understanding of UK Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
- Experience managing audits, compliance frameworks, and document control systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
