People Engagement Officer

We're partnering with a well-established UK organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth, transformation and investment in its people agenda.
As part of this journey, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Engagement Officer to take ownership of employee engagement, internal communications and culture initiatives across a multi-site business.
This is a highly visible role working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, helping to shape the employee experience and ensure colleagues remain engaged, informed and connected during a period of ongoing change.
The Role
You'll play a key role in gathering employee insight, driving engagement initiatives and ensuring people-focused communications are impactful and effective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the company's employee engagement survey programme
- Analysing feedback and identifying key themes and trends
- Translating employee insight into practical action plans
- Partnering with leaders across the business to improve employee experience
- Coordinating internal communications, newsletters and employee messaging
- Supporting engagement activities, forums and culture initiatives
- Contributing to organisational change and transformation projects
- Managing engagement-focused programmes and events across multiple locations
About You

You'll ideally be able to demonstrate:
- Experience leading employee engagement surveys and action planning
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience delivering engagement, communication or change initiatives
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Additional Information
This role is based from either Immingham with regular travel to sites across the UK. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
