The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and manage day-to-day recruitment processes across the firm, ensuring vacancies progress efficiently through the agreed recruitment process and that hiring managers are supported to attract, assess and appoint suitable candidates.
Sitting within the HR department, the role provides practical day-to-day recruitment support, manages candidate and agency communication, maintains accurate recruitment records, and supports managers to follow a fair, consistent and effective recruitment process. The role is expected to be proactive and organised in keeping recruitment activity moving, while escalating key decisions, risks or challenges where appropriate.
Key Deliverables:
- Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for all the recruitment
- Responsible for recruitment delivery and campaign management, including the full recruitment cycle, through to induction and onboarding
- Candidate Attraction and Sourcing reaching out to the best talent pool in the market
- Writing engaging job adverts and developing effective attraction strategies
- Working closely with both internal and external ket stakeholders
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Advising on salary, expectations and market conditions
- Tracking recruitment activity and providing meaningful recruitment MI and reporting
- Agency and Supplier Management
- Recruitment Process, Data and Manager Support
- Recruitment Administration and Compliance
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and employer branding
The Right Candidate:
- Experience managing recruitment campaigns within an internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency environment.
- Experience sourcing candidates using a range of recruitment channels.
- Experience advising and supporting hiring managers through recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Ability to provide practical, confident recruitment advice and challenge appropriately where needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience recruiting within professional services, legal, financial services or another regulated environment.
- Experience creating recruitment resources, guidance or training materials.
- Experience using recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
