Our client is looking for a HR Coordinator to play a crucial role in delivering a responsive, professional, and compliant HR service across their business. This position will be responsible for onboarding employees, reviewing right to work and arranging for DBS to take place. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.
Day-to-day of the role:

Employee Lifecycle & Compliance:
- Register and onboard employees in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct security vetting, including ID checks, DBS applications, overseas checks, and references.
- Prepare employment contracts, variations, and confirmation letters.
- Process leavers and ensure accurate updates across HR systems.

HR Advisory & Employee Support:
- Respond to HR queries from employees, managers, clients, and external partners.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices and first-stage ER matters.
- Attend welfare, investigation, and disciplinary meetings in an advisory capacity, taking formal notes.
- Manage sickness administration, medical certification, and liaise with payroll regarding SSP.

Reporting, Records & Process Improvement:
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR requirements.
- Produce regular HR reports (e.g., DBS, training, absence, turnover, length of service, visas).
- Maintain organisation charts and HR documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (desired).
- Experience working in an HR administrative or HR operations role.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Confident working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Works effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and ensuring full compliance.
- Builds trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Start date from W/C 28th September for 3 months.
