A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a welcoming and fast-paced organisation near Guildford on an initial 3-month temporary assignment. The Role
Reporting into the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR advisory service across the business. The role offers a varied workload, balancing day-to-day HR activities with support on key people projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of employee relations matters.
- Supporting cases including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance, and capability issues.
- Assisting with HR projects and organisational initiatives.
- Supporting policy implementation and ensuring best practice across the business.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Working closely with stakeholders to support business objectives and employee engagement activities.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working as an HR Advisor or equivalent.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and hands-on approach.
- Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
