The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the HR Manager, People Leaders and colleagues throughout the entire employee lifecycle while contributing to the delivery of the Plant HR and Regional HR strategy. The position provides a robust and professional HR service, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risk, supporting employee engagement, and delivering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Include

Managing employment lifecycle administration including starters, leavers, transfers, promotions and appraisals.
